The Father - Skinning Part 2
I tried getting it as clean as possible, however the hood and the belts will most likely require additional controls to pull them around and stop from going through geometry of the tunic.

The Son:Modelling and UV Mapping
Modelling the body I made a base chest underneath the clothing I used this base to turn into the shirt and the vest and to help with creating the belt. when I finished Modelling like in page 5 I cut away the parts of the body that were unnecessary for the model, I also combined the pants to the trousers to make it easier for skinning and rigging.
