Environment Design

A variety of different arrangements for the background of the forest that the story travels through, I did a few close ups of what the trees look like also.

Environment Design: The Forest of Two Daughters

When the Mushroom and Plant Twins appear, the forest changes into more pleasant and welcoming set. PG is in charge of designing the 'scary forest' which is the main environment, and I am in charge of the 'happy forest'.

The idea is to have a central circle, kind of like a small meadow, on which the Twins will dance around the Son. Below are few initial thumbnails. Nothing specific yet.

The Mushroom Daughter: Rigging Progression

Some off the expressions would save in the library and some  wouldn't because of a gliche so I decided to test out my facial controls and when I animate I will save the expressions that want to save within the programme.

The Mushroom Daughter : Adjust Torso Skinning

The Mushroom Daughter adjusted Torso Skinning

Body Rig completed and coloured

I had to go in and adjust merge the throat to the main mesh and attempt to use skin maps to save the skinning that had been done. It took a few attempts but increasing the size of the map got the weights back into place correctly.
